Head of Compliance F/M - Super ManCo

My client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as the Head of Compliance F/M at their Super Management Company (ManCo) ( UCITS + AIFs Funds).
As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure proactive compliance measures.

​Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in compliance roles within the asset management or investment funds industry.
• Master's degree in Law or Finance
• Fluent in English & French 
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS & AIFMD.
• Professional certification such as CAMS is highly desirable.
