As an HR Business Partner F/M within the banking sector, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across various organizational units. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers across various organizational units, handling HR-related inquiries and concerns comprehensively.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, career development, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Learning & Development plans tailored to the specific needs of different organizational units.
- Assist in budgeting for Learning & Development activities and ensure the organization benefits from available training subsidies.
- Participate in the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluating their suitability, adhering to established HR policies.
- Provide analytical reports on HR indicators and recruitment activities, such as staffing levels and turnover rates, to inform decision-making processes.
- Support the HR department in reporting activities related to compensation, financial data, regulatory requirements, and training initiatives.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role preferably in the banking sector
- Fluency in English and French, or Spanish or Italian
- Required qualifications, skills, and knowledge encompass the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, analyze and present information comprehensibly, adapt to a multicultural context
- Understand HR-related legalities, proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
