Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner F/M within the banking sector
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers across various organizational units. Your role encompasses providing comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, career development, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and managers across various organizational units, handling HR-related inquiries and concerns comprehensively.
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, mobility, career development, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Learning & Development plans tailored to the specific needs of different organizational units.
  • Assist in budgeting for Learning & Development activities and ensure the organization benefits from available training subsidies.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluating their suitability, adhering to established HR policies.
  • Provide analytical reports on HR indicators and recruitment activities, such as staffing levels and turnover rates, to inform decision-making processes.
  • Support the HR department in reporting activities related to compensation, financial data, regulatory requirements, and training initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role preferably in the banking sector
  • Fluency in English and French, or Spanish or Italian 
  • Required qualifications, skills, and knowledge encompass the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, analyze and present information comprehensibly, adapt to a multicultural context
  • Understand HR-related legalities, proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
