Our client, a family office, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to take charge of their human resources function across key regions. This critical role requires a proactive, strategic leader to ensure compliance, drive HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture within an international environment.

The successful candidate will be based in Luxembourg and manage HR activities across Luxembourg, the UK, and Switzerland, with potential involvement in France, Spain, and Singapore. You will work closely with the HR Director to execute global HR strategies, optimize HR structures, and act as a critical partner to the business and employees.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global & Regional HR Leadership:

    • Execute the global HR strategy across multiple regions with authority and precision.
    • Oversee the HR function in Luxembourg, with additional responsibilities for HR operations in the UK and Switzerland.
    • Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
    • Provide expert advice on labor laws, consulting with local experts to maintain full compliance.
  2. Compensation & Benefits:

    • Led the coordination and implementation of the group's compensation and benefits programs.
    • Manage the mid-year and year-end performance review processes, ensuring effective communication and execution.
    • Oversee payroll preparation and accuracy for Luxembourg, the UK, and Switzerland.
  3. Training & Development:

    • Lead the end-to-end Training and Development process, identifying and addressing skill gaps.
    • Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and seminars to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Recruitment:

    • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from defining job requirements to onboarding top talent.
    • Ensure the recruitment process aligns with the client's business needs and cultural values.
  5. HRIS Management & Reporting:

    • Ensure accurate HRIS management, maintaining data integrity across all regions.
    • Compile and present HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Employee Relations & HR Operations:

    • Handle grievances and staff engagement and provide advisory services on HR policies.
    • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and respect.
    • Collaborate with Luxembourg, the UK, and Switzerland administrative bodies to ensure smooth HR operations.


Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least ten years of HR leadership experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and UK and Swiss regulations is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to learning and mastering labor laws in different jurisdictions.
  • High integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential; Spanish proficiency is a significant asset.
  • Availability to travel as required (15%-20%).
