MLRO F/M Investment Funds

Our client, a prominent management company in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced and self-driven MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer) F/M to join their team.
This role is crucial in supporting the Conducting Officer and taking the lead on all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters within the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AML regulations and practices, with a proven ability to work autonomously.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, conducting thorough investigations, and maintaining a robust AML framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Conducting Officer in all AML-related matters, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Take the lead in developing and implementing AML policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the AML program to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and other stakeholders on AML issues.
• Provide training and support to staff on AML best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in AML/CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) within the financial services industry, preferably in a management company.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements and international AML standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing complex AML issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Fluent in French & English
