Regulatory Compliance Manager F/M – Funds

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager F/M to join a management company based in Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, specifically related to funds and the unique requirements of the Luxembourg financial market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the company’s compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly within the funds sector.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Luxembourg regulatory standards and directives.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures in line with the latest regulatory developments.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and external partners to ensure all obligations are met.
• Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments, and preparing detailed reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the funds industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory environment, particularly concerning investment funds and financial services.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both internal teams and external regulators.
