Senior Business Developer F/M - Depositary &  Custody Solutions

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a dynamic and proactive leader to help their Corporate Depositary and Custody Solutions team.  

This role is crucial for the strategic expansion into the depositary services market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain institutional clients, ensuring the new depositary services meet market needs and regulatory standards. 

Main responsibilities : 

• Drive the expansion of the Depositary Bank and Custody products
• Promote cross-buy opportunities within the group to maximize product uptake. 
• Collaborate with Operations Teams to ensure seamless business and technical integration, meeting growth plan objectives. 
• Define and execute the commercial strategy in partnership with sector heads. 
• Contribute to long-term strategic development, including digital transformation and market expansion. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for new business risk assessments, financial decisions, and client communications. 
• Represent the business in industry events, committees, and panels. 

Required Experience : 

• Proven track record in managing all facets of a successful business, including operational, financial, and team performance. 
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in preparing management information and presentations. 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 
• Technical expertise in Depositary Bank activities and Custody services.
