Senior Credit Analyst F/M - Chinese Speaker

A leading international bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst F/M to join their team.
This role requires a fluent Chinese speaker who will be responsible for managing and enhancing credit risk assessments across various transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis and risk management within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Reviews: Perform detailed credit reviews and enhance credit risk coverage for potential transactions, ensuring alignment with the bank's internal credit policy framework and risk appetite.

• Reporting and Communication: Draft comprehensive credit review reports, contribute actively to the Credit Committee, and maintain communication with the Head Office to facilitate a smooth credit application process.

• Legal and Loan Documentation: Review legal documentation and oversee loan drawdowns to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

• Post-Lending Monitoring: Conduct timely post-lending monitoring, proactively identifying, quantifying, and assessing major credit risks at both the portfolio and individual levels. Propose and implement effective risk mitigation measures as needed.

• Policy Development: Develop, review, and enhance internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to credit risk management best practices, regulatory standards, and internal control objectives.

Qualifications:

• Language: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for this role.
• Experience: Extensive experience in credit analysis and risk management within the corporate banking industry.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and the financial industry.
