Our client, a highly reputable organization of global recognition, is currently undergoing a strategic expansion of its Treasury team in order to align with their vision for continuous improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency. 

We are currently in search of an accomplished Treasury Transformation Manager (F/M) to join their team. The treasury department operates as an integral part of the organization, actively contributing to the business strategy, operations, and growth by optimizing liquidity utilization, providing funding solutions, and effectively managing financial risks.

As a Treasury Transformation Manager (F/M), your primary responsibility will be to drive the anticipated changes within the department. This entails working closely with other Treasury and IT functions, as well as collaborating with third-party stakeholders such as treasury system vendors and banking partners. 

You will be reporting to the Head of Treasury Transformation.
Position located in Luxembourg.


Your responsibilities will be the following:
 

  • Project Management: Drive functional and technical transversal treasury projects ensuring alignment across the Treasury function and with the relevant other stakeholders (Tax, Accounting, IT, FP&A, AP & AR, and other transformation teams)
  • Learning: Develop and coordinate formal training/coaching and development programs (including functional training of end users of Treasury applications); in close collaboration with functional leads.
  • Tech: Collaborate closely with IT function for system issue resolutions, systems developments to maximize automation, efficiency, and controls, reporting improvements, implementation of new treasury products
  • Support process improvement and harmonization ensuring Treasury function is connected to the broader Future of Finance and Finance Core model initiatives
  • Develop methodologies for better cash forecasting, treasury reporting and cash management solutions
  • Evaluate continuously process improvements of Treasury related processes and seek for new system and functional innovations in line with recent market developments, trends and requirements to address the needs & requirements of the global treasury team.
  • Change management: Communicate and drive changes, ensuring the Treasury team is globally aligned with the newly implemented processes, system, structures, etc. and ensuring consistency in messaging towards internal and external stakeholders.
 

What you will bring:  

  • Substantial knowledge and experience in Treasury Systems & Processes.   

  • Project & change management capabilities in a matrix environment 

  • Comfort, familiarity, and proven success facilitating workshops and presenting to groups 

  • Ability to comprehend business issues and develop coherent & comprehensive business solutions 

  • Capacity to work in an international and complex environment 

  • Collaboration and communication skills 

  • Critical thinking  

 

Technical Requirements: 

  • Proven record of project management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive tasks to closure 

  • Deep technical understanding of treasury, treasury systems, cash management, banking systems and structures and products 

  • Hands on experience with implementing new processes and procedures 

  • Fluent English (speaking and writing) 

  • Strong affinity with technology (and ideally Microsoft Power Platform tools) for: Process automation and Data visualization / BI  

  • General interest in latest Fintech innovation
