Contract Manager F/M

Our client, a leading provider of insurance and risk management solutions is looking for Contract Manager to join their team in Belgium.

The contract Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of precise and effective contract wordings for their insurance products. Working closely with various stakeholders, including underwriters, legal experts, and product managers, the Contracts Wordings Specialist will ensure that our contractual documents accurately reflect our clients' needs, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies.
 
Responsibilities:

• Craft and refine contract wordings to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams to understand contract requirements and objectives.
• Analyze existing contracts and propose enhancements or revisions to improve readability and mitigate risks.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to contract drafting.
• Develop and maintain a repository of standardized contract clauses and templates.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract language and interpretation.

 
Profile :

• Degree in Law, Insurance, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, review, or related legal field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, precision, and conciseness.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, concepts, and principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
