Channel and Accounts Manager – Central and Eastern Europe

We are looking for a Channel and Accounts Manager who is responsible for leading the tactical execution of operational plans to activate channel partners in Central and Eastern Europe, aiming to achieve growth targets by implementing sales plans, national/local promotions, training programs, and inventory management.

Overview of the Position:
We are looking for a Channel and Accounts Manager who is responsible for leading the tactical execution of operational plans to activate channel partners in Central and Eastern Europe, aiming to achieve growth targets by implementing sales plans, national/local promotions, training programs, and inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and develop growth-oriented business plans with distributors in Central and Eastern Europe for acquisition and existing accounts, including agreeing on performance measures to drive mutual accountability.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors to capitalize on sales and service synergies, leverage operational efficiencies, and secure profitable partnerships.
- Ensure quality and responsiveness of all provided services, continuously striving for improvement with the goal of offering an outstanding ease of doing business experience.
- Coordinate distributor competency development, resource utilization, and program execution.
- Execute channel strategies to drive market share growth, including tailored regional and application-specific strategies.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with selected OEMs and accounts.
- Disseminate training and campaign programs to keep channel partners up-to-date with the latest offerings.
- Experience in solution selling and account management in Industrial Automation/Electrical with OEMs, Channels, or End Users.
- Background in engineering, electrics/electrical, industrial automation.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; knowledge of a Central and Eastern European language (Polish, Czech, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and highly motivated.
- Strong experience in distribution planning and management.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel within Central and Eastern Europe.
- The position requires at least 50% travel, primarily for customer-facing activities.
