At Morgan Philips we are looking for a Finance and Investment Regulatory Associate (Funding) for one of the leading national financial institutions.

- International regulatory analysis regarding investment, products, responsibilities, limits, deadlines…
- Contribute to the analysis, compliance, and monitoring of regulatory aspects affecting funding activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory reporting impacting funding activities: ICAAP, ILAAP, Self-Assessments, Recovery Plan,…
- Collaborate on reports for the Investment Committee and Financial Management.
- Interaction with investment banks and external advisors providing services to the Financial Management.
- Legal/regulatory assistance in implementing new developments in Sustainability within the framework of ODS bond issuances. Regulatory monitoring of the proper use of funds obtained through these types of issuances, analysis of their environmental and social impact, and communication to the market.
- High level of spoken and written English is necessary.
- Higher education degree in Economics, Business, Law, or a similar field. Postgraduate studies related to the role are valued.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and markets will be valued. Previous experience related to capital markets is a plus.
- Analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced knowledge of computer tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valuable: knowledge in sustainable finance.
