At FYTE, International Recruiting firm, we are seeking for one of our clients a passionate and driven individual to join its team as a Key Account Manager (KAM). The KAM plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with key retailers. As a KAM, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and capitalizing on sales opportunities to achieve sustainable growth targets within your customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Key Account Plans, incorporating valuable insights from customer surveys.
- Define the customer contact matrix and implement effective communication strategies, engaging with key stakeholders.
- Prepare for customer meetings using market intelligence, including shopper insights and revenue management data, and collaborate with category management experts when necessary.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while adding value to the product category for your customers.
- Manage working capital efficiently, maintaining forecasting accuracy and promptly addressing overdue accounts.
- Analyze sales performance against internal targets and market trends, identifying new opportunities for action.
- Provide regular reports on customer sales evolution, news, and updated Key Account plans as required to meet our business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather market intelligence, identify key actions, and share findings with the team.
- Be open to taking on additional responsibilities as delegated by the company in compliance with applicable laws.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration.
- A Master's degree in Sales or Sales and Marketing is highly valued.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in Sales Account Management.
- Prior experience in category management and/or product management is appreciated.
- Experience in the hygienic disposables market is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the private label market is a plus.
- Language: Spanish (native) and English (fluent).
