Marketing Director

At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a Marketing Director for the Iberian market for a multinational construction company. This position will report directly to the General Manager and the Group Marketing Director.
Requirements

• Experience in marketing management of a local or regional level, especially in the area of implementing marketing strategies using various combinations of activities as part of the marketing mix. 
• Higher education: a degree in marketing, economics or management.
• Experience in working in the construction industry.
• Experience in cooperation in a complex international organizational structure, in a multi-stakeholder environment. Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners with a long-term perspective. Be able  to work in a matrix structure, working under time pressure, deal with many tasks and costs.
• High business acumen and openness to experience. Be able to develop masters of traditional and technical marketing communication.
• Experience in marketing teams management.
• Know and apply modern marketing tools and analyze their impact on the achievement of business objectives. Knowledge and practical ability to use marketing tools on the web (digital marketing).
• Knowledge of price management.
• Product and retail strategy is a must. 
• English at least at the C1 level.
• Support development of marketing competencies across the country.
• Development of annual marketing budgets and controls its realization, take corrective actions.
