The mission of the Plant Manager is to define, plan, direct, and coordinate all production activities, as well as manage the following teams within the factory: production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, safety, and manufacturing engineering.

Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the industrial sector, preferably in automotive or aerospace components.
- Ability to think strategically and act operationally.
- Deep knowledge of all production/quality/methods/supply chain processes to solve complex and varied problems.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to present and communicate clearly with audiences/stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different business functions.
- Strong leadership skills to lead change, manage teams, provide direction, and foster unity.
- Fluency in English.
- Location: BURGOS
Within the factory, the Plant Manager will:
- Implement the industrial strategy defined by the company.
- Direct/indirect hierarchical management of large teams.
- Ensure safety.
- Be responsible for maintaining high levels of quality, meeting delivery deadlines, optimizing production capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure a balanced budget.
- Manage production resources effectively.
