About the Company - Morgan Philips are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global business to recruit a newly created role of HR Business Partner UK & I. This role will be at the forefront of delivering the HR strategy aligned to the overall business strategy. The role will combine both strategic and operational elements (including a employee relations casework) and will offer the right applicant an exceptional opportunity to be part of a market leading business at an exciting time of growth and change. About the Role - This role requires a credible, ambitious, HR Business Partner who is ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified and has a proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced business. You will be able to balance strategic and operational priorities on a daily basis, as well as being experienced, and comfortable with, a volume of employee relations activity.
