Morgan Philips is supporting a dynamic and forward-thinking organization to hire a highly skilled HR Process Senior Manager to join their London-based team and lead the enhancement of all end-to-end HR processes. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week in the London office. Immediate start on a 6 month + contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Lead the design, development, and implementation of efficient HR processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Process Mapping: Utilize process mapping tools to visualize and analyze current state processes. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and design future state processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Standard Operating Model Implementation: Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and maintain a standard operating model for HR practices, ensuring consistency and best practices across all business units.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure buy-in for process changes and improvements.

Training & Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR teams and other departments on new processes and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR processes and initiatives. Prepare regular reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to HR operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in HR process management, with a strong focus on process optimization and improvement.

Expertise in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent software, with a deep understanding of process flow diagrams and workflows.

Experience in developing and implementing HR standard operating models, with an emphasis on best practices and compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional HR qualification (CIPD) is preferred.

Experience using Workday is a plus.

Familiarity with the latest HR technologies and trends, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance HR processes.

Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements in the UK.
