Morgan Philips is hiring for a great business dedicated to creating a culture of excellence through their people. They believe in the power of data-driven decision-making, and as such, are looking for a talented People Systems and Analytics Manager to their dynamic HR team.
As the People Systems and Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple HR systems and utilizing analytics to drive strategic HR initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of HR technologies, developing innovative analytics solutions, and providing insights to enhance talent management and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems Management:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of all HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and other people management tools). Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and enhancements as required. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Generate, analyze, and communicate workforce analytics and key performance metrics to support HR leadership and business objectives. Create dashboards and reports to monitor HR effectiveness across various dimensions. Conduct deep-dive analyses into employee engagement, retention, and performance trends.
Project Management:
Lead HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business strategies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes through analytical insights.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with HR and senior leadership to understand data requirements and information needs. Act as a consultant to HR teams regarding best practices and innovative uses of data.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR staff and management on HR systems usage and analytics tools. Develop user documentation and training materials as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing HR systems and analytics in a corporate environment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Solid understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and organizational development. Excellent project management skills and experience leading projects from conception to completion. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to a non-technical audience.
