My client, one of Scotland's largest local authorities are seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their team on a long term contract basis.
You will be part of a team who are responsible for an ambitious housing regeneration project which includes new build and re-modernisation of housing and flatted developments.
Working within a multi-disciplinary environment you will be responsible for cost estimating, preparation of contract documents, site measurements, payments and contract administration.
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in all aspects of quantity surveying function, including procurement and contract management.
You should be educated to degree level and be eligible and have considerable experience within the design and construction industry, experience of computerised billing systems and knowledge of procurement and current contract conditions.
This is a hybrid working position with attendance on site and office when required.
Contracted hours are 35 hours per week, however part time hours are available (negotiable).
