Morgan Philips Executive Search has been retained by the UK arm of a fast growing Global IT Services business who seek to accelerate their rapid growth under a new Managing Director.
The firm has a significant footprint in the Public Sector, providing IT consulting, project/change management and deep technical expertise, but now seek to grow their revenues in the private sector, with a specific focus on financial services.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this newly created role will be responsible for building the FS Sales strategy, identifying and winning new logo business and working on growing share of wallet in existing FS clients.
This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong track record selling technology solutions and consulting to financial services institutions in the UK. You will have experience shaping and executing sales strategy, be able to demonstrate having won and grown FS accounts and have a strong network in the industry.
You will be an entrepreneurial, dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen and a real appetite for building and growing business lines.
