Morgan Philips Executive Search has partnered with a unique, quickly growing consulting firm specialised in people practices.
The firm offers certification, benchmarking and insights helping organisations develop a data-led HR/People strategy.
As part of their own going growth (c20% YoY) they seek a Senior Business Development Manager to directly generate revenue by prospecting for, positioning and selling their services to multinational clients headquartered across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting, social selling, qualifying and consultative selling
- Drive sales growth and pipeline through the setting up of qualified meetings
- Being a subject matter expert and evangelist
- Ability to connect and network with senior HR stakeholders and position the full value of the firm's services across their areas of responsibility and areas of focus
- Work closely with Marketing to support events and follow up digital leads
Qualification Criteria
- Significant experience in new business development, preferably in the field of HR Tech, HR Consulting or HR Services
- Proven track record in new logo business in the HR/Consulting space
- Previous experience selling internationally/cross location
- Available for some travel to conferences, client sites and company meetings
