- Attend head office in Hertfordshire once/twice a week
- Initial six-month contract
- Microsoft Fabric experience essential
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the project work required for development of the Master Data Management Strategy, and associated Data related initiatives. This includes running a combination of inflight tactical projects, as well as the business case development for a strategic implementation plan.
• Plan the remediation of multiple systems and data sources, in preparation for driving an approved strategic plan for Data.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of data technology projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Work effectively in an evolving and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.
• Provide clear updates and insights to business and technical stakeholders and produce & share weekly project highlight reports.
• Work closely with technical data teams and liaise with other areas across the business.
• Work with the business and technical teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Adhere to the IT PMO Governance.
• Effectively manage project budgets.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that the necessary project documentation has been completed.
Skills and Experience:
• Extensive experience delivering strategic and tactical Data-driven projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects within data technology and analytics.
• Experience of managing complex and senior stakeholder interactions
• Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels.
• Risk/Issue Management and ensuring escalation processes in place and used effectively.
• Experience of financial accounting and reporting practices.
• Degree or equivalent, professional qualification advantageous (such as PRINCE2/AgilePM).
