Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Organisational Change initiatives for the International Businesses
- Providing HR Support to all Management
- Delivering HES initiatives on Succession Planning, Management Training, Compliance and Recruitment.
- Managing the effectiveness and compliance for UK and some European Payrolls
- Managing the Tax account for the UK payroll, inclusive of all related filings
- Driving improvements in Employee Engagement and Communication
- Building an effective HR team
- Managing all restructuring actions and lead all Major Investigations
- Developing policies and procedures that comply with National Law.
- Manage the delivery of Welfare services to all Employees Policy, and health & safety practices.
- Assist in other areas or perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs.
- Build strong relationships with Employee Representatives
- Lead the communication of all Employee related issues
- Degree qualified or relevant professional certification within HR
- Experience Minimum 5 years’ hands on experience with a proven track record as a HR Generalist in Manufacturing.
- Must have a proven track records and experience of on timely meeting targets & tight deadlines.
- Experience working successfully with international businesses and understanding the intricacies and nuances of various cultures and countries.
- Excellent understanding & knowledge of legal aspects of Employment Law
- Experience of structured contract formation and terms and conditions.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills at all levels.
- Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Business operations & processes within manufacturing environment.
- Financially astute.
- Working knowledge of using Microsoft suite and ERP system – SAP preferred
