Business Sales Executive F/M - Shipping & Logistics

Our client, a leading global company in shipping and logistics, is seeking a Business Sales Executive to play a crucial role in expanding their customer base and nurturing long-term connections.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing various prospecting methods to generate new sales leads and solicit freight;
• Building sustainable customer relationships and fostering growth;
• Providing cost-effective solutions to attract and retain customers;
• Efficiently communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams;
• Overseeing operations and ensuring adherence to protocols;
• Assisting customers with pricing, operations, and payment-related matters;
• Supporting internal teams and conducting on-site customer visits as needed.

 Profile:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in transportation, with a focus on sales.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the Transport industry.
• Fluency in French and English.
