We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated and results driven General Manager.

The General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and execution of the strategy for its products and services. 

Some of the main responsibilities of the GM include:

·         Responsibilities:

-       The General Manager will be part of the Management Team in LATAM and will shape the future of our business development strategy and execution.

-       Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

-       Manage and drive day to day operations of the company.

-       Identify improvement areas and drive them with your team through to execution.

-       Constantly look for new marketing and operational business partnership.

-       Manage and grow teams, overseeing staff, develop structures and establish a highly motivated work environment.

-       Assume full responsibility for the P&L and constantly develop initiatives to grow revenue and optimize expenses.

 

·         Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

-       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

-       MBA preferred

-       5 to 10 years in Retail, FMCG or in Construction industries experience, along with a proven record of building a network of partners and relationships in the industry.

-       5 years with proven track record  in General Management experience leading large teams with a considerable P&L.

-       Success influencing and leading a global team as well as partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of consistent growth.

-       Experience in sales and marketing.

-       Proven track record of developing and closing complex sales deals from the ground top.

-       Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking and listening skills.

-       Be a creative problem solver with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

-       An extraordinary mentor and motivate your teams to get their best.

-       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize immediate, short-term goals and simultaneously focus on strategic, long-term goals.

-       Know how to assess and anticipate market needs.
