🔍 At Soorcing Mexico, we are looking for a Regulatory Risk Manager for a leading financial institution. 

Description of the position:
This role requires experience related with ALM, liquidity and risk management. Experience and knowledge on liquidity regulatory topics and it’s reports elaboration. The successful candidate must be able to build effective relationship with front office, risk management, IT and others departments. Also have strong skills in regulation knowledge and technical tools (use of Visual Basic – Macro’s), to perform the implementation of relevant regulatory and strategic topics, by identifying the impacts and design strategic solutions and best course of action to systematize.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and monitor controls, to assure data quality for risk reporting process.
• Analyze Treasury’s portfolio. Calculate and document process to obtain liquidity risk metrics, gaps analysis, indicators and elaborate/design their report.
• Review, validate and respond regulator’s RFI regarding liquidity regulatory reports.
• Contribute to the development of products, metrics, models, needed to comply with regulatory requirements and new products implementation, from a liquidity management perspective. 
• Analyze/asses regulatory and internal requirements, to understand/implement them (including new methodologies), and design their automation.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related
3 years of experience on ACMLE, CFEN reports
Demonstrates written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish)
