🔊 At Fyte Mexico, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager in Mexico City for a leading company in the premium home retail sector 🏠

🔎 The Project Sales Manager 📝 💼
Will establish and build relationships with influential Developers, Architects, Designers, Marketing Groups and General Contractors with the intention of having products specified more often and increasing multi- unit project sales. This person will keep these key groups informed by utilizing email, mailings, events, contacts and feedback on projects in order to maintain an ongoing flow of communication and dialog.

💬 Essential Functions⚡️

1. Prospect key Developer’s and General Contractor’s to secure meetings to promote the brand & products.
2. Manage more than 50 Mio MXN budget.
3. Accurate detailing and maintenance of all data recorded in CRM system.
4. Build and maintain relationships with Kitchen Showrooms, who actively promote products into multi-unit projects.
5. Work in conjunction with multiple divisions within to promote all sales channels.
6. Continually prospect, support & travel with the sales staffs of dealers.
7. Continually contact the Architect and Designer community & Real Estate Marketing groups involved in the specifying and designing of multi- unit projects.
8. Promote the use of the Experience Centers with Developers, Contractors, Architects and Marketing Groups for the purposes of conducting product specification meetings, budget meetings and training sessions.
9. Network with regional builder & trade organizations
10. Attend local Builder Trade Shows

⚠️ Competencies/Skills for the position:
📚 Bachelor's degree
👨🏻‍💻 5+ years of relevant construction/lifestyle market sales experience
🎓 Excellent time management, oral and written communication skills, Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package
