Business Analyst (Multiple Headcounts)

Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive change and transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, implement solutions, and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Fluency in Cantonese (speaking) and proficiency in Mandarin (reading & writing) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support strategic initiatives.

• Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement business and system solutions.

• Manage change implementation, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.

• Assess the impact of change requests on project scope, timeline, and budget.

• Support process reengineering and ensure successful business transformation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement.

• Strong understanding of business process design, change management, and implementation strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.

• Fluency in Cantonese (speaking) and proficiency in Mandarin (reading & writing) is mandatory.

• Experience in AI-driven solutions and analytics is an advantage.
