For one of our Clients located in Warsaw we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking etc.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop effective strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Prior experience in consulting is a must.
