For our client, an international FMCG (food) company, we are looking for an experienced person to take the position of:

Duties:
- Regional Business & Team Management – CEE, Nordics, Mediterranean.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee accurate and timely order processing, coordinating with various departments to meet delivery commitments.
- Inventory Management: Strategically manage stock levels, optimizing inventory turnover while preventing overstock or stockouts.
- Logistics Coordination: Efficiently plan and coordinate transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
- S&OP Integration: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align customer demands with production capabilities, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in customer service and logistics to drive operational excellence.
- Customer Collaboration Initiatives: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance collaboration with customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
- Performance Metrics Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the effectiveness of customer service and logistics operations.
- Inclusive Leadership: Foster an inclusive and diverse team culture, promoting a sense of belonging and equal opportunities for all members.
- Skill Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities, recognizing individual strengths, and cultivating a collaborative environment that encourages the diverse talents within the team to thrive.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience on the similar position in logistics and supply chain in an international FMCG company
- Proven track record of implemented initiatives with direct customer interface
- Experience in Food Industry and / or Sales would be an advantage.
- Very strong skills in driving results, winning with customers and cross-functional collaboration
- High level of knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
- People Leadership experience
- Fluent English
