Field Quality Engineer
Location: Pila
 
Main purpose of the job:
As a Field Quality Engineer you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly responding to customer needs and request, providing aligned solution within organization to and making sure that sustainable, corrective action are in place.
You will join BU LED Lamps and Luminaires in Europe located in Pila.
 
Main responsibilities: 

• Properly respond to the customer complaints.
• Conduct technical analysis of field returns.
• Drive Continuous improvement within the process.
• Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.

Successful Candidates’ qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in electrical engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experienced in engineering, quality, or customer service.
• Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuit and its application will be advantages.
• Hands on with good technical analyzing skills and structured way of working.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent English.
