Position:  Traditional Trade Channel Developer
Location: Warsaw 
Working Model: Hybrid 
 
Responsibilities: 

• Maps traditional trade in CEE & CIS.
• Understands, develops and optimizes the tools for traditional trade.
• Provides local market inputs and recommendations into Sales plans for the market (internally, Distributor).
• Coordinates Market Execution of Sales/Commercial programs/plans and investments.
• Ensures consistency between CEE plan, Market plan, Country plans, TT channel plans.
• Enables the delivery of the company’s sales fundamentals in TT stores.
• Enables implementation of category initiatives within the Market.
• Effectively cooperates with company’s shared resources from other functions.

 
 Requirements:

• Strong Market/ Channel knowledge
• Display a high level of cross-collaboration with effective partnering for results.
• Effective Communicator
• Full professional proficiency in English Language (min. C1) is a must.
