Head of After Sales (Heavy Machinery / Industrial Manufacturing)

My client is a leading Equipment Manufacturing Machinery Company within the Municipal Vehicle / Heavy Machinery sector. They are looking for a qualified Head of After Sales to lead the after-sales department.

Office Location: West Singapore

Budget: Up to $10,000, depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and overall success of after-sales services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional after-sales support.
• Oversee all aspects of after-sales service operations including maintenance and repairs, parts supply, warranty services and technical support.
• Monitor KPIs related to after-sales services such as service turnaround time, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction scores and revenue generation.

What You Should Have

• Min. 8 - 10 years of experience in after-sales and/or customer-facing fleet management within the Heavy Machinery / Vehicle Manufacturing industry.
• Experience within the Municipal Vehicle sector would be a plus. Fleet Management of industrial vehicles will be considered too.
• Ideally should come with a technical / engineering background.
• Deep understanding of after-sales service operations, including maintenance processes, parts management and technical support.
• Analytical mindset with self-starter and hands-on mentality. Ability to intepret data and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
