My client is a leading Equipment Manufacturing Machinery Company within the Municipal Vehicle / Heavy Machinery sector. They are looking for a qualified Operations and Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and manage the team.

Office Location: West Singapore

Budget: Up to $10,000, depending on experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety while meeting production targets.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands, production targets and optimise efficiency while minimising downtime.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards.
• Implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving measures to maximise productivity and reduce waste.

What You Should Have

• Min. 8 - 10 years of experience in Operations and Production Management within the Heavy Machinery / Industrial Manufacturing / Vehicle Manufacturing industry.
• Experience within the Municipal Vehicle sector would be a plus.
• You should have thorough understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (manufacturing processes, quality control standards and production planning).
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimise production efficiency.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
