Purpose of the Position:

• Foster team culture and develop talent.
• Effectively define team objectives and allocate resources.
• Optimize workflows and ensure the team delivers high-quality systems/projects on time.
• Lead the AI technology team within the financial holding company, mentoring team members and driving breakthrough innovations in technology and mindset for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams within the organization.
2. Plan team members' career paths and nurture talent.
3. Build and maintain a strong team culture.
4. Effectively manage team efficiency and quality in system/project development.
5. Allocate and dispatch team resources effectively.
6. Review, optimize, and adjust team development processes.
7. Recruit and onboard new talent.

Professional Skills Requirements:

1. Proficient in designing and implementing enterprise-level technical architecture, with relevant experience.
2. Skilled in analyzing, reasoning, and deriving business requirements and converting them into system functionality requirements.
3. Experienced in leading teams, executing projects, and managing organizational operations. Demonstrates proactivity, resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond quickly under pressure.
4. Knowledgeable in big data storage and computing platforms, including Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark, etc.
5. Educational background or project experience in machine learning and statistical analysis.
6. Maintains sensitivity to trends and technologies in big data analytics, capable of planning business scenarios, technical architectures, and data governance to achieve departmental and organizational business goals.

Work Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience
Education: Master’s degree or above
Language Requirements: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
