- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key accounts to identify business opportunities and maintain product loyalty, thereby enhancing market share.
- Collaborate closely with business units to drive product penetration efforts.
- Identify and establish strong connections with customer key opinion leaders.
- Monitor market competition and customer trends, analyzing and proactively responding to changes to keep the company and its products competitive.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and account profiles, executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Address and manage all customer-related matters promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines.
- Over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, product marketing, or technical management, demonstrating strong sales acumen for driving business penetration.
- Preferred experience with ALD/CVD technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with well-planned and aligned strategies to close deals that maximize benefits for the company.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent prioritization skills, self-motivated, and passionate.
