Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Business Growth

    • Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to meet ambitious regional targets and expand market presence.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term revenue growth.
  2. Market Intelligence & Analysis

    • Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
    • Stay well-versed in product features and competitive advantages to effectively position solutions and address customer needs.
  3. Client & Account Management

    • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless adoption of company solutions across project phases.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and resilience to address challenges, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  4. Technical Sales & Support

    • Lead technical product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide on-site support to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Operational Efficiency & Administration

    • Enhance business operations by refining administrative processes for improved efficiency.
    • Assist in budget management, procurement, and vendor coordination to support overall team performance.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in sales, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields. 9–18 years of experience in SMT/PCB, power modules, or semiconductor back-end industries preferred.
  3. Strong background in applied process development within the semiconductor or high-tech equipment sector, with a problem-solving and results-driven approach.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  6. Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to business needs and challenges.
