Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Growth
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to meet ambitious regional targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term revenue growth.

Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
- Stay well-versed in product features and competitive advantages to effectively position solutions and address customer needs.

Client & Account Management
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless adoption of company solutions across project phases.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and resilience to address challenges, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Technical Sales & Support
- Lead technical product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide on-site support to ensure successful project execution.

Operational Efficiency & Administration
- Enhance business operations by refining administrative processes for improved efficiency.
- Assist in budget management, procurement, and vendor coordination to support overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields. 9–18 years of experience in SMT/PCB, power modules, or semiconductor back-end industries preferred.
- Strong background in applied process development within the semiconductor or high-tech equipment sector, with a problem-solving and results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to business needs and challenges.
