Looking for a seasoned HR leader to build and drive a high‑impact HR function across Taiwan and Hong Kong for a leading multinational retail organization. This role will own end‑to‑end HR strategy, change management initiatives, and organizational excellence programs in both markets.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute HR strategy for Taiwan & Hong Kong in alignment with global objectives
Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing regional HR team (TA, OD, ER, C&B, L&D)
Act as trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, driving change management and organizational excellence
Oversee end‑to‑end talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning
Ensure full compliance with Taiwan & Hong Kong labor laws, regulations, and statutory filings
Design and manage competitive compensation & benefits programs
Drive HRIS implementation, data analytics and people‑metric reporting
Champion culture, engagement, and D&I initiatives across both markets

Requirements

10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
3–5 years of people management, building and developing HR teams
Strong change‑mindset and track record in driving organizational excellence
Excellent communication and influencing skills with leadership team
Deep knowledge of Taiwan & Hong Kong labor laws and compliance
Hands‑on with HRIS and data‑driven decision‑making tools
Experience in FMCG or retail industries preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin
