Exciting opportunity available at a top-tier global company. Reporting directly to the Taiwan Commercial Head, as Head of Trade Marketing Team,  leading and executing multi-category trade marketing activities and initiatives within Taiwan. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive channel and customer engagement, as well as managing relationships with third-party Sales & Trade Marketing solution providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support commercial objectives and impact shopper and customer behavior.
  • Manage global frameworks such as Trade Planning, Trade Activation, and Trade Segments.
  • Oversee Sales, data and CRM to ensure alignment with market objectives.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and engagement of the market organization as part of the leadership team.
  • Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team, providing strategic direction and project leadership.
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the Taiwan Commercial Head on developing annual commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Conduct performance reporting for the Sales/Field Force and support Key Account business development.
  • Assist in designing and delivering Asia/Taiwan business and market execution plans.
  • Drive sales analytics initiatives in collaboration with the insights function.
Trade Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Plan and allocate investments in line with trade marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate cycle planning and collaborate with consumer brand teams to execute plans effectively.
  • Ensure in-market execution of the brand portfolio, including distribution, availability, and merchandising.
  • Lead trade partner and incentive programs to enhance channel effectiveness.
  • Align closely with Brand Marketing Team to execute brand initiatives.
3rd Party Solution Provider Management:
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers and ensure alignment with brand and trade initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and conduct regular reviews of contract performance.
  • Manage budget allocations and provide recommendations based on activity evaluations.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years in Trade activation, channel and category development, sales or key account managerial position.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Multi-channel Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and native in Mandarin.
