IT Application Manager

Role Overview:

The IT Application Manager is a key liaison between IT and business units, focusing on aligning technology solutions with the strategic needs of a high-end manufacturing brand. This role involves managing applications, enhancing business processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders. Gather and address client requirements, ensuring technology solutions enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Application Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of applications to support dynamic market needs and high standards of quality. Implement technology solutions to improve business processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project Management: Facilitate IT project prioritization and planning. Provide clear communication on project status, manage project financials, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Technology Oversight: Apply expertise in ERP and MDM systems to enhance application performance. Resolve technical issues promptly and stay updated with industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6-8 years in application management and project management. At least 3 years in roles involving business transformation, or digitalization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP and MDM systems relevant to manufacturing. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including PC, network, and security.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury manufacturing or high-end industries preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with fluency in English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Additional Skills: Consulting experience is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and self-development skills.
