Responsibilities
- Act as a digital enabler and owner of the digital employee experience for the site, driving productivity and ensuring personalized support.
- Utilize available data (e.g., Nexthink, SNOW) for proactive support and manage incidents/service requests within timelines.
- Oversee IT hardware lifecycle management, deskside support processes, and managed services for the site.
- Provide support for onsite services (e.g., events, meetings) and promote best practices to enhance the user experience.
- Drive standard workplace infrastructure, global/local projects, and process improvements, and support the budgeting process for the site.
