• Position: Legal and Compliance Specialist
• Responsibilities:
  • Build comprehensive understanding of Compliance & Legal risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and training programs for global and local regulatory compliance.
  • Establish and monitor compliance and legal procedures, conduct internal and external reviews.
  • Collaborate with different departments, providing legal guidance and promoting a culture of compliance.
  • Lead compliance training initiatives to ensure staff awareness and adherence to regulations.
  • Participate in legal matters related to projects, compliance transformation, and data privacy policy implementation.
• Qualifications/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management.
  • This role considers candidates from legal firms with no related industry experience, but has strong potential in pursuing a career path in a leading pharmaceutical MNC.
