We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in product management and market access. This strategic role is ideal for an experienced PM eager to drive change and make a significant impact. Responsibilities:
* Responsible for leading product launches and developing marketing materials, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, and forecasts.
* Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization, contributing to the development and integration of long-term plans.
* Oversee product life cycle management for both existing and new products, including regulatory aspects.
* Conduct thorough demand and supply analysis, competitor assessments, and ensure deep product knowledge.
* Engage with payers and other stakeholders to secure and maintain market access, leveraging your extensive experience in the field.
* Foster a culture of transparent communication, free from office politics, to ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within the medical device industry.
* Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives that support business objectives and enhance customer relationships. Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, or related field.
* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, adept at energizing and fostering connections with field teams, customers, and stakeholders.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
