Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Gaming Headset Product Line Lead. The ideal candidate will be a graduate in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline with a passion for gaming peripherals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to drive the success of our gaming headset product line.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:

   • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for the gaming headset product line, aligned with company goals and market trends.
   • Identify emerging technologies and gaming trends to innovate and enhance product offerings.

2. Market Analysis and Consumer Insights:

   • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to understand market dynamics, competition, and consumer preferences.
   • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.

3. Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

   • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to product launch and post-launch support.
   • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products that meet quality standards and customer expectations.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing:

   • Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, durability, and performance of gaming headset products.
   • Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct thorough testing and validation, addressing any issues or concerns proactively.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of the gaming headset product line.
   • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management or product development within the gaming industry, with a focus on gaming peripherals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of gaming trends, technologies, and market dynamics is highly desirable.
