Our client is a Global Automation/Power Voltage Solution company. 
It is a technology leader in electrification and automation, enabling a more sustainable and resource-efficient future.

Title: Product Marketing Direct 
Subordinate: 3 staff

Job Summary:  
Represent Global Division(s) in the Country to grow sales and market. Define, plan, and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned areas to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy.
Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.

Main Accountabilities: 
Strategy Leadership: 
• Creates, plans, and ensures implementation of the local go–to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

Performance target: 
• Ensures achievement of established targets through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Focuses on achievement of total demand orders (ABB and 3rd Party), growth margin %, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turn on finished goods, and requested on-time delivery.

Marketing and Business development: 
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups.
• Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
• Evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
• Coordinates opportunities across local Divisions and local Business Units where appropriate.

Growth:
​• Ensures profitable business growth in the domestic market.
• Ensures a balanced growth through all product lines/Product Groups/Business Units.
• Creates demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value-based selling approach.
• Implements Business Unit market pricing policy.

Customer relations and satisfaction:
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Understands customer needs in the market by visiting customers.
• Ensures the customer satisfaction surveys are executed; analyzes results and assists with corrective actions.
• Develop and implement product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global Business Unit Marketing and Sales.

Logistics and delivery:
• Works together with the Order Handling team and the Logistics team to ensure operational efficiency on inventory and customer satisfaction on delivery.

People leadership and development
• Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, and directed.
• Builds an effective, capable and high-performing organization.
• Develops talent, appoints managers, and reviews effectiveness.

Job Requirement: 
At least 5 -10  years of experience as Product Marketing role, Product Marketing Manager or similar as preferred
Technical background (a master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred
Fluent in English Communication
