1. Responsible for leading the QA/QC organization, mentoring and leading the site, day to day supervision of the Quality team along with being an active leader within the site's Advanced Materials management team (
2. Deployment, implementation and improvement of internal processes and documentation, quality management system, statistical analysis
3. Metrology support, method improvement, project prioritization, lab management experience
4. Prepare and present customer facing documentation related to product quality and ISO certification audits, technical supports
5. Deployment, implementation and improvement of systems (LIMs, SAP, Intelex, NWA, SPC/SQC dashboard, MOC, FMEA, 8D, etc)
6. Supplier development and process six sigma projects, including capital project design and project management
7. Several years of semiconductor or chemical manufacturing experience, excellent leadership and people management experience
