We are currently looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to build up the new regional CoE structure in collaboration with HQ and act as a sparring partner to local HR Managers in 23 countries to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the implementation, design and analysis of compensation policies and processes, including but not limited to salary reviews, bonus calculation, incentive plans, and benefits
- Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies, protocols, and procedures up to date to ensure alignment with different country laws and Group policies
- Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the company's performance, efficiency or financial status
- Continuously observing internal and external benchmarks to remain market competitive
- Support the implementation of the international mobility program
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits, some of which has been spent in an international environment
- Commercial apprenticeship or a university degree in business or psychology
- Strong command of English, German is considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- someone who is team-oriented and demonstrates willingness to contribute ideas and acts proactively
