Mandarin speaking required - We’re looking for a Senior Technical Director, Lithography Process for one of the largest semiconductors MNCs. This is a newly created role to be based in Taiwan that requires very solid knowledge in Litho/Lithography process and sophisticated pre-sale, client-facing skills.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Interact with customers to gain understanding of their technical requirements and effectively translate these requirements into the product roadmap and engagement strategies. Align direction of application development based on the customer technology roadmap.
  • Drive and develop use cases, define/find killer application based on the balance between customer interest and the company’s product center.
  • Provide leadership and direction through managers for providing perspective of customer process and device roadmaps (N to N+2) for a broad function area.  
  • Identify inflections, threats and opportunities for market share and TAM growth.
  • Develop and manage relationships with technical buyers. Improve customer(s) preference to engage the company on High Value Products
  • Own and manage Technical Reference Manuals and technical engagement programs with customer(s).
  • Protect IPs of the company and the clients, gather competitive intelligence.
  • Discover and understand customers’ product/technology options and influence the customer’s technical choices.  Design alternative technology solutions and improve customer(s) preference to engage the company on technical problems.
  • Must own specific initiatives
 
Requirements:
  • Fluent Chinese and English speaking are must
  • 12-20 years of technical experience in Litho/Lithography
    • Experience with Litho Technology Integration, OPC, Mask
    • Experience with Overlay is an advantage
    • Experience with CDSEM is an advantage
    • Career path – technical leadership (IC)

  • Experience of working with TSMC is a must.
