Position: Supplier Engineering Development Manager
Location: Taichung
The Supplier Development Engineering Manager role is crucial to our supplier support organization.
This position has responsibility for managing supplier development engineering in alignment with core end-to-end supply chain functions driving continuous improvement of SRAM’s supply chain quality, delivery, capacity and process capability performance.
The incumbent must have the ability to lead technical projects, foster cross-functional collaboration by building positive relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering manager, Sourcing manager, Quality manager and Value Stream leader) and simplify the complex to solve problems and drive results. T
he role is responsible for supplier manufacturing capability assessment, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and ongoing continuous improvement of supplier performance, such as: quality, delivery, cost reduction, capacity planning, proactive risk mitigation, etc.
Minimum Education and/or Equivalent Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering department or related 機械相關科系學士或以上學歷
• 5+ years of experience working and expertise in the relevant manufacturing field. 在相關的工程或製造領域有 5 年以上的工作經驗 KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
• 3 years + engineering manager 三年以上工程部門管理經驗
• TOEIC 600 + or can communicate in English fluently 英文 TOEIC 600 以上或可用英語流利溝通
• Good at 2 + manufacturing processes, e.g., forging, machining, molding, stamping, anodizing... 對於所有製造程序需至少熟悉兩項以上，例如鍛造，CNC加工, 射出成型, 沖壓, 陽極等
