Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan 
Department: Human Resources
 

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy across Southeast Asia. This role requires a strong understanding of regional hiring practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Southeast Asia, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute effective TA strategies aligned with business goals and regional talent trends.

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  • Build and manage a high-performing TA team; coach, mentor, and develop team members.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes.

  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with recruitment agencies or platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.

  • Drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruitment strategies.

  • Represent the company in job fairs, recruitment events, and university collaborations to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record in overseas recruitment, especially across Southeast Asia (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia).

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; additional Southeast Asian language skills are an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and employer branding tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in a multinational manufacturing or technology company.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
